These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SB Car Rental website and service. By accessing the website or reserving a vehicle, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the service. In these Terms, the Company (referred to as "We," "Us," or "Our") refers to SB Car Rental, 1400 Forum Blvd STE 7A 392, Columbia, Missouri 65203.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 21 years old to rent a vehicle.
- You must hold a valid, active US driver's license.
- You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate.
Reservations and payment
Submitting a reservation request through our website does not guarantee a vehicle until we confirm availability with you. Rentals are billed weekly and are all-inclusive. We accept credit cards, debit cards, cash, and Zelle. No deposit is required. We do not run credit checks, and we do not require you to carry your own insurance policy.
Rental period and renewal
Rentals are week to week. Your rental renews automatically each week as long as your payment stays current. You may end your rental by notifying us before your next weekly payment is due. There is no long-term contract and no early termination penalty.
Use of the vehicle
- Vehicles come with unlimited miles and no mileage caps.
- Vehicles may be used for rideshare and delivery platforms including Uber, Lyft, and DoorDash.
- You agree to operate the vehicle lawfully and to not use it for any illegal purpose.
- You are responsible for the vehicle while it is in your possession, including fuel, tolls, and traffic or parking violations.
Returns and condition
You agree to return the vehicle in the same condition it was provided, normal wear and tear excepted. You are responsible for damage beyond normal wear that occurs during your rental period.
Cancellations
You may cancel a reservation request at any time before pickup at no cost. Once a weekly rental period has begun, that week's payment is non-refundable.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SB Car Rental will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or a rented vehicle. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current rental period.
Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
